Each entry below is a COSE_Sign1 statement issued by Tyche Institute MTÜ over a document, with everything needed to verify it offline. There is no verify button and no verify endpoint here, on purpose: a server that answers valid is a claim you have to trust, and a file you check yourself is not.
A statement establishes who asserted a document. It does not establish that the
document was registered anywhere. Where a transparency receipt exists it is named in that
statement's manifest.json; where none exists, the field says so and gives the reason.
